Think of this as personal training...but with friends! By limiting the participants in training sessions, Ashley can offer more thorough feedback and workout customization. Workouts vary each week, but her programming keeps you building your skills and progressing your strength to help you reach your goals more efficiently! Chances are you'll increase your confidence and make new friends, too!
